Privacy Policy
In short: Spent does not collect your data. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. What you record stays on your device. We never receive it.
What Spent stores
Spent saves the following on your device so the app can work:
- Your activities (name, color, icon, group) and your recorded sessions (start and end times).
- Your goals, settings, chosen language and notification preferences.
- Your name and photo, only if you add them in your profile. They stay on your device.
This data lives in a local database inside an App Group container, so that Spent's widgets, Live Activities, Control Center controls and Shortcuts can read it. It does not leave your device.
Purchases
Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are handled entirely by Apple (StoreKit). We never see or receive your payment details or your Apple Account. The app checks your purchase status on your device through Apple's StoreKit. Apple may give us aggregate sales and download reports that do not identify you.
Notifications
The evening summary reminders are scheduled locally on your device and sent by no server.
Third parties
Spent contains no analytics, advertising, crash-reporting or other third-party code, and it makes no network requests of its own. The only network use is by Apple's own services (the App Store) on your behalf.
Your data, your control
- Export and import: Profile can export all your data as a JSON file you keep. Importing merges the file into your data and never deletes anything.
- Delete: Profile can delete all your data.
- Deleting the app removes its local data from that device.
Children
Spent is not directed at children under 13, and it collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
Your rights
Because we hold none of your personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on our side. If you have a question about privacy, including under GDPR or Turkey's KVKK, write to us and we will answer.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date. Spent will not start collecting data without changing this page and the App Store privacy details first.
